Alice and her buddies strut about on the back of this WhmZcoat. Side panels are in a sassy gold embossed satin and charms adore the front bodice, making this Whmz set for any adventure.   Front panels are in soft teal upholstery velvet, and a hood completes the package. Because the bodice is hooked, rather than using button holes, hooks can also be moved to change the bodice size. Coat, which fits sizes 6-10, has two front pockets which can easily hold a cell phone or wallet.

In order to be more versatile, designs are sleeveless so that they work well when dancing, with other clothing, or in warmer climates. WhmZcoats are made to wear over one's clothing, not be taken off because one has gone inside a building. Emphasis is made on shoulder and neckline decoration.

All items ship as United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which means I can give you tracking number to look up the status and whereabouts of the package upon request. In case of a lost package a full refund can be given only if the non-delivery is proven.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or layaway coats.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
